Common questions
On the coloring screen, tap Choose. Use the Color tab for a new color, Magic or Patterns for an effect, and Pencil to adjust the pencil width and hardness. Your selection is applied to the active tool.
Make sure Fill is selected for one-tap coloring. If Crayon or Pencil is active, drag your finger across the picture instead. Some very small or already-colored areas can be easier to reach in full-screen mode.
Use Undo to reverse your most recent change or choose Eraser to remove paint manually. Redo restores a change that you just undid. Clearing a page removes the coloring on that page, so use it carefully.
Your coloring progress and creations are saved on your device. If you delete the app, clear its data, or move to another device, local artwork may no longer be available. Use the available export or share option when you want to keep a separate copy.
Check your internet connection and reopen the story. Downloaded content can be used again after it is stored on your device. If the issue continues, close and reopen Story Color, then make sure you are using the latest app version.
Check the sound setting inside Story Color, raise your device volume, and confirm that Silent Mode or a connected Bluetooth device is not redirecting audio. Then reopen the page and try Listen again.
