General Privacy Policy

TNTS Apps, Websites, Games & Digital Services

Effective and last updated:

Scope of this policy

This General Privacy Policy explains how TNTS (“TNTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the mobile applications, games, websites, and other digital products or services that we publish and that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). “You” means a user of any of those Services.

Because our Services have different features, not every practice or data category described below applies to every Service. A section applies only when the relevant Service uses that feature or processes that type of information. We do not collect information merely because it is listed in this policy. A Service may also show an in-app notice, permission prompt, or service-specific privacy notice. If a supplemental notice conflicts with this policy, the more specific notice controls for that Service.

1. Information we may process

Information you provide

  • Account or profile details, such as a name, email address, username, or age range, when a Service offers accounts.
  • Content and activity you choose to submit, such as preferences, progress, scores, drawings, files, form entries, feedback, survey answers, or support messages.
  • Purchase or subscription details. Payments are normally processed by the relevant app store or payment provider; we generally do not receive full payment-card details.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, browser, app version, language, time zone, and settings.
  • Network and identifier information, such as IP address, installation or device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Usage and diagnostic information, such as screens viewed, features used, session timing, interactions, referring pages, crash logs, and performance data.
  • Cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies used for essential functions, preferences, measurement, security, or advertising where applicable.

Device data and permissions

  • A Service may request access to notifications, camera, microphone, photos, files, contacts, or precise location only when an available feature needs that access.
  • The purpose is shown in the Service or in the operating-system permission prompt. You can refuse or revoke optional permissions in your device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.
  • Some content, settings, and progress may remain only on your device. Data stored solely on your device is not received by us unless you use a backup, sync, sharing, support, or other online feature that transmits it.

We may receive relevant information from app stores, login providers, advertising or analytics partners, payment providers, and other services you connect, subject to their settings and policies.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
  • Create and manage accounts, remember settings, synchronize progress, and provide requested features.
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, and related customer support through the applicable provider.
  • Send service messages, reminders, notifications, updates, and replies you request or permit.
  • Measure performance and usage, diagnose errors, test features, and develop new functionality.
  • Show and measure advertising where a Service includes ads and applicable law permits it.
  • Protect users and the Services, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, or your consent. The basis depends on the Service, the information, and the purpose. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time, without affecting processing already completed.

3. Analytics, advertising, and third-party technology

Depending on the Service, we may use platform, analytics, diagnostics, authentication, cloud, or advertising tools such as Google Play Services, Firebase (including Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, or cloud database features), and Google AdMob. Apple platform services, hosting or CDN providers, and similar vendors may also process limited information when relevant. These tools are used only for the features present in the Service.

A Service that displays ads may use contextual, non-personalized, or personalized advertising depending on the audience, region, consent, platform settings, and legal requirements. Advertising and analytics partners may use identifiers, cookies, SDKs, IP addresses, and usage events under their own policies. Where required, we request consent or provide an opt-out before using non-essential technologies.

Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy, Google’s partner technology explanation, and the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. When information may be shared

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers that perform hosting, content delivery, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, customer support, communications, payments, or advertising for us.
  • App stores and platform providers when needed to distribute a Service, process a transaction, verify an entitlement, or provide platform features.
  • Authorities, advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
  • A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of a business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent, such as when you use a device share sheet or connect a third-party service.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where those rules apply, we provide the required notice and choices through the relevant Service, consent screen, device setting, or by request.

We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you, subject to applicable law.

5. Data storage and retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, meeting legal or accounting obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information, Service, account status, and legal requirements. We then delete or de-identify the information where reasonably practicable. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or where law requires retention.

Information kept only on your device generally remains until you delete it, clear the Service’s storage, reset the device, or uninstall the Service. We cannot delete device-only information remotely.

6. Children’s privacy

Some Services are designed for children and families, while others are intended for a general audience. For child-directed Services, we aim to collect no more personal information than is reasonably necessary to provide the activity, use age-appropriate privacy protections, and obtain verifiable parental consent where the law requires it. We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for personalized or behaviorally targeted advertising where prohibited.

If a Service is not child-directed, children below the minimum age required in their country should use it only with authorization from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information without required consent, contact us. We will investigate and delete or otherwise handle the information as required by applicable law, including COPPA where it applies.

7. International processing

We and our providers may process information in Türkiye and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or consent.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
  • Request a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent at any time for future processing that relies on consent.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information where the law grants that right.
  • Appeal a denied privacy request or complain to your local data-protection authority where available.

You can also manage cookies, advertising choices, and permissions through the relevant Service, browser, operating system, app store, or device settings. To remove data stored only on your device, clear the Service’s storage or uninstall it. If a Service offers an account, use its deletion controls or visit our account deletion page where applicable.

To submit a privacy request, email us using the address below and identify the relevant Service. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we hold no information that can reasonably be linked to you, we may be unable to locate or fulfill a data-specific request.

10. External links and services

The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, stores, or content that we do not control. This policy does not govern those third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing information or using their services.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, Services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we will provide any additional notice or request any consent required by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Contact us

For questions, privacy requests, or concerns about this policy, contact TNTS in Türkiye. Please include the name of the relevant app, website, game, or Service so we can respond appropriately.
